Watercolour, gouache, house paint and natural pigments on paper
A series of large-scale watercolour paintings made outside along Laughing Waters road, Eltham. These works look at the unique architecture and landscape design of Gordon Ford and Alistair Knox, examining their relation to Nillumbik's environment and the temporal quality of the materials used.
A number of these works were exhibited as part of Laughing Waters Road; Art, Landscape and Memory in Eltham in 2016, accompanying the launch of Jane Woollard's historical text on Laughing Waters Road (Jane Woollards book is available here:
