KochiAIR, supported in 2016 by the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, is an artist-run residency program in Kochi, Kerala, india. Initiated in 2014 by Australian artists Dylan Martorell and Lichen Kelp (subsequent to Martorell's participation in the inaugural Kochi-Muziris Biennale) Kochi AIR has run annually since, hosting artists from across Australia, offering the opportunity to dislocate from the routines of their familiar practice, undertake collaborative projects, be informed by a markedly different cultural situation and nurture reciprocal cultural exchange potentials.

Kate Hill and Eugene Howard undertook co-management of Kochi AIR, mentored by co-directors Dylan Martorell and Lichen Kelp, as professional development to directly inform an expansion of their leadership capacity and develop the rural Victorian Boorhaman Residency Program, co-conceived and co-direct, delivered in late 2017.
